Hulu es, probablemente, el servicio más famoso para ver series y pelÃculas a través de internet en EEUU. Es gratuito y se ha hecho muy popular, aunque para nosotros tiene la desventaja de que solamente se puede acceder desde EEUU.
Cuando se presentó el iPad se rumoreó con la posibilidad de que Hulu apareciera con una versión en HTML5 adaptada a los dispositivos de Apple, finalmente los rumores han sido callados desde una entrada en el blog corporativo de la marca. El comentario ha sido claro, "nuestro reproductor no dedica solamente a reproducir vÃdeo en streaming". Según la compañÃa, HTML5 no está preparado todavÃa para hacer todo lo que el reproductor de Hulu hace, como proteger el contenido o enviar estadÃsticas de uso. Esto no significa, sin embargo, que hayan descartado la posibilidad para siempre, si la tecnologÃa web mejorase, volverÃan a plantearse el cambio.
¿Significa esto que será imposible acceder a Hulu a través del iPhone OS? Pues de momento parece que sÃ, aunque no por mucho tiempo, pues la compañÃa está planteando lanzar una aplicación, como ya lo hizo ABC. ¿Llegará a tiempo?

Si hemos "sobrevivido" hasta hoy sin conocer Hulu, -yo no lo conocÃa ni sabÃa de su existencia- podremos seguir sin él.
De lo que te pierdes compadre, yo utilizo hulu cada 2 dias y no lo conocias porque solo funciona en USA, pero con un vpn tunnel a servidores estadounidense te puedes saltar esa restriccion lol :p ).

Well, this is what I'm seeing regarding TVs. Over the last two decades, we've slowly shifted away from the TV being our primary source of entertainment - that role has been taken over by the personal computer and its successive technologies. During that time, the TV remained significant and moreover enjoyed a considerable inertia: it was just a given that you'd HAVE a TV. But especially among the younger and more technologically savvy, it's just been a lower and lower priority.Enter the switch to digital TV. This is the environmental change. Suddenly, continued traditional TV usage has a significant price tag. You may need to outright replace your TV - or multiple TVs! Dedicated TV viewers of course paid this. But a surprisingly large number of people seem to simply not care - finding that they can get what they want in other methods. And, significantly, the inertia of the TV as the entertainment altar of the living room has been broken.
